ALUMINIUM BRAZING

Al+Al BRAZING, WITH OTHER METALS: COOPER-BRASS-STAINLESS STEEL

Technical specifications

DENOMINATION: AURALL TOP TEC AL CU 40 (flux neutral)

Ternary alloy animated by special neutral flux that allows brazing of aluminum-aluminum and other metals such as cooper, brass, stainless steel.

Cadmium, lead and antimony free alloy. Easy to use due to its low point of ligament combined with maximum fluidity.

HEAT SOURCES: oxy-gas flame, oven, induction. Waterproof  deposit with highly corrosion resistance.

METHODS OF USE: Place the tip of the wand on the surface, melt a drop, then move quickly the flame on the joint in order to slide and penetrate the filler metal avoiding overheating.
The removal of residual flux (neutral and non-corrosive flux) is to be carried out after welding, by using warm water or alcohol.

MAIN APPLICATIONS: alloy used in brazing of heterogeneous joints such as aluminum-cooper, aluminum-brass, aluminum-stainless steel, automotive industry, all kinds of refrigerating, automotive works,  etc.
